Shipping & Returns
Shipping is free (not including any sale items) within the continental US.
International shipping is currently suspended due to COVID-19.
Products are shipped out within 2 – 4 business days via USPS First Class and/or USPS Priority Mail. Shipments from USPS are typically delivered within 3 – 5 days.
Items can be returned, when available, by mail within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Refunds will occur within 5 – 10 business days of the receipt of the returned item.
Exchanges are not available at this time. No exceptions.
If you are not satisfied with your Waggy pet product for any reason within 14 days, you may return it to us for a full refund (not including shipping and handling fees).
To show our commitment to quality, all Waggy pet products include a limited manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects.
This warranty is non-transferable and only valid to the original buyer for purchases made directly from waggypetproducts.com. This does not include any purchase made outside of this website, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, and any other third-party marketplace, vendor, app, or website.
Waggy pet products are warrantied from all pre-existing manufacturer defects for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. After 14 days, the ability to return and/or refund all Waggy pet products will have been forfeited by any buyer.
